Dermal Knowledge was born out of desire to work together in something we both love. After seeing the good, the bad, the beautiful and terrible in aesthetics, we have chosen to take a natural looking approach that brings back the look of youthfulness without looking frozen or fake.

Though originally from southern California, Shelly was born and raised in Colombia, South America, the daughter of missionary parents. She and her family moved back to the United States when she was 16. She received a B.A. in Cross Cultural Communications and Language Analysis, her R.N. from Georgia Perimeter College, and B.S.N. from Jacksonville University. Shelly worked for one year in Pediatric Oncology at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and 15 years in the Day Surgery at Eastside Medical Center. She trained in aesthetic facial rejuvenation at The Aesthetic Institute in Atlanta, Georgia.

Greg Mauldin

Dr Mauldin was born in Atlanta and grew up in Lawrenceville. After attending Berkmar High School, he graduated from the University of Georgia with B.S. in Biology. He then graduated from the Medical College of Georgia and did an Internal Medicine internship and residency at the University of Tennessee in Memphis. He stayed at the University of Tennessee to complete a Pulmonary and Critical Care fellowship and was appointed Chief Fellow his final year.
He returned to Gwinnett County and founded Georgia Pulmonary Group. Dr. Mauldin has served many roles in the medical community including Chairman of the Department of Medicine, Chief of Staff, and Medical Director of the Sleep Labs at Eastside Medical Center and Gwinnett Medical Center. He is currently serving as the Chief Medical Officer for Eastside Medical Center. He trained with Aesthetic Institute in Atlanta, Georgia.

Cathy Hedrick has over 25 years Aesthetic experience in skincare and procedures. Her passion is making you be the best version of you – in person and in the mirror. Her biggest joys are her family, Keven, her husband and the two boys they have raised together along with her two doggies, Abby and Murphy. Aside from her personal life, Cathy’s most favorite thing is to make people smile and feel more confident about yourself every day! Cathy will be available for Aesthetic consultations and to answer any questions you may have about skincare of procedures. She will help you build your own personal plan to achieve the results you are striving for. Whether you are a skincare pro, or just getting start, Cathy can help you achieve your maximum goals!

Brittany is a seasoned financial controller with years of experience in managing and optimizing financial operations. Brittany is a certified teeth whitening specialist who has helped countless individuals regain their confidence and achieve that perfect pearly white glow.
Beyond the hustle and bustle of business, Brittany cherishes the moments spent with her loving husband and family. Whether it’s a cozy evening at home or an adventure-filled trip.
